Roma's Cafe Website Description

Roma’s Cafe is a full-stack restaurant and customer engagement app I designed and developed to modernize my family’s restaurant through a unified digital platform. Built as an all-in-one customer experience solution, the app streamlines restaurant discovery, menu browsing, online ordering, reservations, gift card purchases, daily specials, and customer interaction through a polished mobile-first interface.

The platform integrates real-time open/closed status, Toast-powered digital ordering, AI-powered customer assistance, dynamic specials, Apple Maps navigation, and automated operational updates to improve both customer convenience and business efficiency. Designed with a focus on user experience, accessibility, and operational automation, Roma’s Cafe transforms a traditional family-owned restaurant into a modern digital brand while preserving its identity and community presence.

This project demonstrates my ability to apply full-stack software engineering, UI/UX design, AI integration, and business process automation to a real-world commercial environment.
